Our mission at NC Guardian and Care Management is to provide advocacy and healthcare agency services for vulnerable individuals and seniors aging without support in western North Carolina. We have extensive experience in healthcare and a strong commitment to protect the independence and well-being of our clients.
At NCGCM, our goal is to help clients navigate the complex maze of our health care system by developing individualized care plans that maximize independence and quality of life. We spend our time accompanying clients to the doctors, vetting and supervising home care, connecting clients with community resources like transportation and meals and so much more.
Every person deserves to be treated with compassion and respect. NCGCM is dedicated to defending our clients' rights to participate in all choices about personal affairs, care, benefits and services; providing clients with the support and guidance they need to live as independently as possible.
